Sissy Squat Bench

Description

The Sissy Squat Bench is used by standing on the platform with the feet under the round, black cushion. Next the athlete assumes a squatting position. The knees rest on the other cushion, while the glutes and thighs are strongly tightened. To be able to stay in this position, the shins get support of the round cushion above the platform. The device mainly trains the glutes, thighs and calfs.

The Sissy Squat Bench has a solid frame. The legs have an anti-slip case. This not only protects the floor, it also makes sure the device won’t start to slide while the athlete is using it. The platform has a rough surface to provide the athlete from slipping. The cushions have a solid coating which is very durable. The device can be easily adjusted to the right size.
