You must have the Jolt Boots or Jolt Pants in your possession to use the Jolt Cryo Pad.

Directions for use:

• Place your Cryo Pads in the freezer (a few hours is enough).

• Slip them into your JOLT™ Boots or Pants in the pockets provided. If there is no internal pocket, put on thin leggings or jogging pants to avoid any risk of burning.).

• Start a 5-10 minute session to test your tolerance.

• Adjust the duration and compression as needed.

• Can also be used without compression, only in cryotherapy. (Do not launch a program via the control box).
